They've been entirely defensive and evasive. And no, we're not attacking you because we were fighting some for some spot. I've never once attempted to join the site as a comic artist. The only one who stated that he was fighting for the spot was cinder, but he said nothing that immediately suggests that his criticism was solely out of jealously like you've deluded yourself into thinking (please note how much that theory of yours fits hand-in-glove with my detailing your defensiveness and ignorance). Rather than accept that we didn't like your cover, you go "LOL YOU JUST WANT TO RANT RANT RANT LOL IM SO COOL!" but what you have to learn here is that we don't hold back in criticism. If we disapprove of your comic, stop making excuses like you're doing just perfectly and we're only complaining because we wanted your spot or we're mean or any other stupid bullshit. Just consider the criticism and use it as feedback for future comics and, if you'd like, revisions. If you're not going to take constructive criticism then there's no point in posting here because absent a perfect comic that's all we give. As for your "everyone else likes it" and listing out reviews and "lol, nothing negative yet!", I'll tell you, and I think I speak for everyone else on this forum, that I don't give a rat's ass what anyone else thinks about your comic. You're using a common logical fallacy of conformism where you try to make your comic seem better by pointing out consensus in a positive aspect. However, just because some other people like your comic doesn't mean I'll go "Oh...I'm so sorry, I had no idea people like "Soul ZX" and "BlueWindZero" liked your comic so much. I'll retract my opinion immediately. LOL KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!" Furthermore, what you're doing can also be characterized as "special pleading", which put in layman's term is the process of cherry-picking data/info to support your own conclusion. In this case, you're taking all the positive reviews and putting them up against the critical response here on TSCI to suggest that we're all crazy/mean/jealous/some-stupid-shit since we don't agree with the many positive reviews. But what if it was the other way around? What if these people at SA or wherever were giving you the same type of responses we've been giving you, and we were telling you "Wow, great job!" and other such mindlessly positive comments. Given your actions in this thread, I have no doubt whatsoever that you'd take OUR responses and go "Look how much everyone at TSCI loves my comic!" Learn to take and absorb criticism or don't post comics here. You won't get thoughtless praise here. You'll get it straight and to the point in as tactless a manner as possible.

I was pretty clear on that, and this is why I wanted to do that. Better for him to get some positive critique so that he can improve before posting here. Our viewers have fairly high standards because of us (and DE). A typical it's-all-about-me person who would rather take every critique as an attack and try belittling his critics rather than take the criticism as "maybe I'm doing something wrong".

He's saying that his allowing your material on the site has had him "stoop to a new low". Personally, I'll be waiting to see beyond the cover before making any conclusions. As for the cover, the overlapping lines all over his face are a problem.
