ROMs are exact copies of console games from the days of yore. Emulators are the programs
necessary to play them on a home computer. They can be great fun to play, as
many people (including myself) associate fond memories with these games.
However, one must be aware of the potential consequences. It is illegal to keep ROMS on your computer for longer than 24 hours if you do not own the original game. These files are provided here solely for backup and archival purposes, and are copyright SEGA, Sonic Team, and any other legal owners.
The Sonic Comic, Inc., its owners, associates and operators are in no way liable for improper use of this archive. If you own the copyrights to any of these games and would like them removed, please email TSCI's administration and it will be done promptly. We hold no wish to deprive corporations of their profits.
